Terms and Conditions for the Rental of Accommodations

§ 1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between [Name of the Company/Operator] and the customer regarding the booking and use of accommodations through this website.

§ 2 Subject Matter of the Contract
The operator offers accommodations for temporary use by customers. The specific services and prices are set forth in the respective booking offer.

§ 3 Conclusion of the Contract
Bookings are made via the online booking system. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the operator’s booking confirmation via email. The customer is obligated to provide all information required for the booking completely and truthfully.

§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms
All prices listed include the applicable statutory sales tax. Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the booking process (e.g., credit card, PayPal, prepayment).

§ 5 Arrival and Departure
Check-in and check-out times are specified in the booking confirmation. Any deviations require the operator’s approval.

§ 6 Withdrawal/Cancellation by the Customer
The customer may withdraw from the contract at any time prior to arrival. Cancellation fees are determined according to the following deadlines:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge

  • 29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price

  • 13 days or fewer before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the total price

Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

§ 7 Termination by the Operator
The operator is entitled to terminate the contract for good cause, in particular in cases of force majeure or unavailability of the accommodation. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of any payments already made.

§ 8 Use of the Accommodation
The accommodation may only be used by the number of people specified in the booking. Subletting or subleasing is prohibited. In the event of a violation, the operator reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately.

§ 9 Liability
The operator is liable only in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. The operator assumes no liability for items brought onto the premises. The customer is liable for any damage caused by him or his traveling companions.

§ 10 Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of processing the booking and is protected in accordance with applicable laws. Further details are set forth in the Privacy Policy.

§ 11 Jurisdiction and Governing Law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is—to the extent permitted by law—the operator’s registered office.
